PERFOR 4 –
[onde?]
Percorrer a
cidade, não estacionar, o movimento permanente é o motor. O Fórum
de Performance da BrP de 2013 não está mais em um lugar específico.
Nada mais está, a cidade move-se em todas as direções, as questões
politicas do agora já não permitem uma atitude cômoda. Há uma
urgência. A performance conhece desde sempre essa situação, ir
para a rua faz parte de sua história. O PERFOR4 recupera os conceitos
de cartografia urbana, psicogeografia, deriva (Guy Debord,
situacionistas), delírio ambulatório (Hélio Oiticica) entre
outros, para propor um evento em que nada está em um único lugar
fixo e o público-participador é quem configura o espaço nômade.
O PERFOR4 acontecerá nos dias 15, 16 e 17
de Novembro de 2013, na cidade de São Paulo, Brasil. Com uma
programação que inclui performances, realizadas nos espaços
públicos da cidade, e mesas de debate. Para esta quarta edição
estamos abrindo pela primeira vez uma convocatória internacional para as performances. As
inscrições vão de 16 a 30 de setembro. Para se inscrever será
necessário:
- associar-se à Brasil Performance
preenchendo o formulário disponível no Blog da Associação
(formulário).
Para os artistas que desejam participar do PERFOR 4 a anuidade
(período 2013/2014) não será cobrada. No formulário consta um
campo para que o artista faça breve descrição do trabalho
proposto, links de trabalhos anteriores e mini CV (máximo 5 linhas).
Critério de seleção
Não haverá seleção mas a organização resguarda o direito de verificar a viabilidade logística das
performances e a pertinência com o tema do evento.

Observações importantes
- O evento não pagará cachê aos
performers/performadores. Fica a cargo de cada artista outras despesas com a
estadia, e materiais necessários para o trabalho.
- Os performers/performadores que participem do evento
deverão assinar um termo de responsabilidade que será enviado
posteriormente.

PERFOR
4 – [where?]
Wandering
through the city, not parking, the permanent movement is the motor.
Brp’s Performance Forum of 2013 is not going to be held in a
specific place any more. Nothing else is stuck, the city moves in all
directions, the present political questions no longer allow a
comfortable attitude. There is urgency. Performance has always known
this situation, since its birth: going to the streets has been part
of its history. PERFOR4 revisits the concepts of human cartography,
psychogeography,
wonder (Guy Debord, situationists), delirium ambulatorium (Helio Oiticica) among others, to propose an event in which nothing
is in a fixed place and where the public-performer is the one who
configures the nomad space.
PERFOR 4
PERFOR 4 will take place on
November 15th, 16th and 17th, 2013, in the city of São Paulo,
Brazil. There will be a program including performances and debates
that will happen in the city’s
public spaces. For the fist time, in this edition we are opening an
international call. The application period starts on September 16th
and the deadline is September 30th. In order to apply the artist
needs to:
- Be affiliated to BRP by
filling in the form available in the Association’s blog
(form). For artists who wish to
participate in the PERFOR4 the annual fee (2013/2014) will not be
charged. In the form, the artist will be asked a brief description of
the performance he/she wants to give in the Forum, as well as links
for previous works, and a mini CV (maximum 5 lines).
Selection Criteria
There will not be a selection
of Works, but the organization of the Forum keeps right to verify the
logistic viability of the Project as well as its connection to the
theme of the event.

Important Notices
The event will not pay the
performers any
fee/salary.
All the expenses related
to travel
costs, health insurance, other expenses with accommodation and
materials are the artist’s responsibility.
The performers who participate
in the event will have to sign a Term of Responsibility that will be
sent later on.
